UK stair lift
manufacturer Acorn has seen greatly increased
profits after a rise in revenues.
The Bradford based
company saw sales increase by more than nine
percent in 2015 to 2015, compared with the previous
year.
Sales for Acorn
Mobility Services were up to £149m, compared
with revenues of £135.5m the year
prior.
And profits were up
by a greater margin - showing £17.3m in 2014
to 2015, a rise from £9.7m the year
before.
Company chief John
Jakes, who founded the busines, took a dividend of
£18.5m, reports The
Times.
